Configuring Outlook for Your Email Account

Overview

Microsoft Outlook is a popular email client available on Windows and Mac. Follow these steps to add your EasWrk email account to Outlook.

Connection Settings

• Incoming (IMAP): Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port: 993 | Security: SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP): Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port: 587 | Security: STARTTLS
• Username: your full email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com)
• Password: your email account password

Steps in Outlook

1. Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account.
2. Enter your full email address.
3. Click Advanced options and tick Let me set up my account manually.
4. Click Connect.
5. Choose IMAP.
6. Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings as above.
7. Click Connect and enter your password when prompted.
