Cancelling Your Hosting Plan

Overview

You can request a cancellation of your hosting plan at any time from the client area.

Steps to Cancel

1. Log in to my.easwrk.com.
2. Go to Services → My Services.
3. Click on the service you wish to cancel.
4. Click Request Cancellation.
5. Select whether you want the cancellation at the end of the billing period or immediately.
6. Provide a reason (optional) and submit the request.

Before You Cancel

• Back up all your files and databases — they will be deleted when the account closes.
• Transfer your domain away if it is registered with EasWrk.
• Update DNS records if you are moving to a new host.
